Class Descriptions:  

TLF These new classes combine the best of old and new exercise methodology with a blend of functional & traditional training to give you everything you want & need in less than 1 hour!   Inspired by workouts from The Firm studios, these interval style workouts combine multiple muscle groups into one exercise or combination of exercises to increase overall muscle endurance and heart rate with minimal impact to the joints.  Each participant will be provided a medicine ball & 3 sets of dumbbells (light, medium & heavy). You'll find the medicine ball is great for increasing upper body definition & pushing heart rate in a way that is unique to lower body driven activities. 

Towels are provided.  

  Options for BlueFish Members
  • $35 Month to month, unlimited
  • $10 per class
. Payment due before class. No IOUs. Payment can not be transferred from BlueFish pro shop account.

Non-Bluefish Members

  • $50 Month to month, unlimited
  •   $12 per class. 
Buy a month to month pass after your first class & the $12 will be deducted from the $50 fee
